No Show and Cancellation Policy

Advocare Brighton Pediatrics’ mission is to provide excellent healthcare services to our community. Being present for your scheduled appointments is crucial for your child’s healthcare journey. Our team of healthcare professionals is committed to being available to you when you need us.

 

No Show Policy

When you miss an appointment without notifying us in advance, it impacts our healthcare providers and other patients who could have used that appointment time slot. If you must cancel your scheduled appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

 

Failure to attend your appointment without 24-hour notification will result in a “No Show” or “Late Cancellation” status on your child’s patient record. A family that accumulates three or more “No Shows” or “Late Cancellations” within a 12-month period will be asked to find another healthcare provider who better suits their needs.

 

 

No Show/Cancellation Fee

Failure to attend an appointment or cancelling less than 24 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment time will result in a No Show/Cancellation fee of $35. Insurance does not cover this fee and is the patient/guarantor’s sole responsibility to pay prior to the next scheduled appointment.

 

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call our office at 609-383-3800. Voicemail notification of the cancellation is acceptable. Please leave the name of the patient(s), appointment date, reason for cancellation or rescheduling, and the best number to reach you.
